Hey, nice to meet you, my name is Coach Pasci. Sport has been my great passion for over 20 years. Starting with kickboxing, my path led me via classic strength training to functional training. During my active career as a competitive athlete in kickboxing, which culminated in two world championship titles, I completed a number of training and further education courses in various sporting areas. Before starting my own business, I worked as a police officer for the cantonal police in Aargau and Zurich for 12 years. After 5 years, I switched to instruction and completed all further training courses to become a police trainer. In 2015 I created the functional training concept x30® and have been running my own studio in Baden ever since. Since then I have also been conducting training courses in threat management for companies and coaching on the subject of violence prevention, aggression control and self-protection.
